Our Story
Since 2017
Traditionally leveraging on the dependency of low cost labor available in this region, most industries in Malaysia (and in Southeast Asia) are still heavily labour-intensive. Over time, this leads to businesses experiencing rising costs of labour, labour shortages, high human error and poor-quality control. Keeping this in mind, Imagine AI saw the potential to help businesses overcome these issues and reduce their dependence on low-skilled labour.
Together with our professional and highly-specialised team, Imagine AI aims to help countries accelerate towards their IR4.0 (Industry Revolution 4.0) goals and transform into high-income nations with the use of AI technology and digitalisation.
After years of experimental R&D in the field of quality control automation, we delivered our first Proof of Concept on an assembly line in June 2018 and achieved our breakthrough inflexion point in July 2020. This was the point where we could demonstrate that our high-performing AI solutions can work in actual industrial environments.
We then decided to incorporate Imagine AI Sdn Bhd in Dec 2020 and in just 6 months, we reached a milestone company valuation of RM 5 million.
